Why CONNECT COWORX?​

Connect Coworx serves as a hub for the Marion area’s professionals, innovators, and entrepreneurs. We are dedicated to nurturing and growing our local small business community, anchored by three essential pillars.

Unique member experience

We were founded by entrepreneurs and are fueled by small business passion. We offer high quality spaces without being elitist, maintaining a balance of beauty and approachability. While we take our work seriously, we always make room for enjoyment. Our atmosphere is lively, fun, and centered on exceptional service.

Connect Coworx combines the amenities of a large office with the tight-knit community and independence found in a shared workspace. Understanding that ‘workspace’ has a unique meaning for each individual, we concentrate on delivering a member experience that caters to a diverse range of needs and preferences.

At Connect Coworx, we love community, so we work to foster both personal and professional connections among our members. Whether it is making introductions to other local businesses or hosting various meetups and educational events, our goal is to connect, grow, and serve small businesses and entrepreneurs so we all can build our businesses together.

Inspiring Space

We know that traditional offices are drab, dark, and stuffy. When we imagined Connect Coworx, we dreamed of a space that had life, color, and unique touches that would inspire our members to be your best self and do your best work. Part of our building dates back to the late 1800s, and we kept the historic finishes that were well preserved. If modern is more your vibe, our first floor spaces and outdoor workspace have you covered.

Our Story

As part of the Henry Development Group family, our team is fully invested in buying, restoring, and renovating buildings in Downtown Marion to create a vibrant, walkable, and loveable downtown. One of our greatest passions beyond old buildings, is helping new small businesses start and grow. We have seen many new businesses start in Downtown Marion alone, and we see that these businesses need support, education, and collaboration. We also know that many startups and small businesses need a professional office environment, but can’t yet afford a full office suite or building. We studied dozens of coworking and flex workspaces in other communities throughout Ohio, and beyond, and we took a little bit of what we loved from each of them, along with a few new ideas, to create Connect Coworx.
